Bridal Consultant - Full Time
Do you love fashion, celebrations, and helping people feel their absolute best? Off The Rack by BG is looking for a full-time bridal consultant to join our team!

This role is all about creating memorable experiences for brides and their families while helping them find the perfect dress.
 

IMPORTANT: SATURDAYS UNTIL 4 PM ARE REQUIRED.

Who We Are
Off The Rack by BG is a full-service bridal shop offering wedding gowns, mothers' dresses, flower girl dresses, and accessories at a discounted price. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional service and create unforgettable moments for every bride.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping brides and their loved ones find the perfect gown and accessories

• Listening carefully to style preferences and budgets to make the right recommendations

• Building strong connections with customers and following up after appointments

• Reaching monthly sales goals while providing outstanding service

• Staying up to date on inventory and trends

• Taking care of shop tasks like steaming dresses, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping the store tidy

What We're Looking For

• 1 - 2 years of sales or service experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Love working with people and making them feel confident

• Pay attention to details and stay organized

• Motivated by reaching goals

• Can adapt to different personalities and situations

• Enjoy learning about fashion and trends

• Reliable, energetic, and compassionate

• Can work until 6 pm most weekdays and Saturdays until 4 pm

Bridal Consultant - Part Time

Do you love working with people and making their big moments special? We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a friendly personality to join our team. You'll interact with customers every day, so being professional, helpful, and welcoming is a must! 

IMPORTANT: Saturday availability until 4 pm is required.

What You'll Do

• Help brides, bridesmaids, and families find the perfect dress, accessories, and/or tuxes

• Offer style suggestions to bring each bride's vision to life

• Greet customers warmly, answer phones, and schedule appointments

• Assist with gown selection and fittings

• Keep the shop organized and looking beautiful​

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of sales experience

• A positive, outgoing personality with great customer service skills

• Someone local to Sioux Falls, SD or the surrounding areas

• Saturday availability until 4 pm
